Felicia Gil, Triton'S 2009 Medical Biller Students, Won the Entry for a Free Lunch Program From Radio Station Mix 106.5
Triton Institute was the recipient for the radio station-Mix 106.5's "Bring Free Lunch to Companies" promotional program on March 11, 2010. Felicia Gil, a student in the Medical Billing and Coding Program at Triton, was selected as one of the winners for her persuasive entry for the question: "Why should we bring free lunch to your company?" Felecia was delighted that her simple answer: "We are starving students and we need some free food." brought her classmates and all Triton's staff a wonderful free Italian lunch including pasta, ravioli, salad, and delicious dessert tiramisu.
Bill Kelly, the DJ for the "Mix Morning", joined Triton's staff and students to celebrate the free lunch. Bill was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the students' enthusiasm for learning. The popular DJ also brought many CDs containing famous music from the station as gifts to Triton. All the CDs are kept in the student center. Juanna L. Li, president of Triton, was especially thankful for Mix 106.5's creative promotional program which brought surprise and happiness to Triton. "To spread our happiness and to show our appreciation to the Mix 106.5, we would like to give out these wonderful CDs to music lovers. Since the quantity is limited, the CDs will be given out as a first come first serve bases," said Li. If you are interested, please contact Triton at 408-400-9099 for more information.
