Academic Advisement
Each student is assigned an academic advisor, who will on a regular basis give academic advice regarding the student's progress, further their studies, career decision and develop a positive relationship between student and advisor based on competence and trust. Academic advisement is dedicated to assist students to be academically successful.

Placement Assistance
Triton provides a variety of services to assist students in clarifying, planning, and achieving their career goals. Workshops will be held regularly on career planning, including self-assessment, resume writing, interviewing skills, and job search strategies. Programs will be developed that bring professionals from various fields to present information concerning career opportunities weekly in the Joint Seminar class required of all students. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this exposure to industry leaders and continually collect networking contact information from the Joint Seminar class. A special program of informational interviewing will link students with alumni in a variety of fields.

Student Health, Safety, and Housing
All full-time students are required to have their own medical insurance coverage. Triton will assist them in contacting appropriate insurance companies. Off-campus housing is available and student assistants will help students to find apartments, houses, and rooms to rent, as well as students looking for roommates. Your housing requirement must be received by Triton no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Student Governance
The Triton Student Association offers students the opportunity to participate in the governing of the insitution. Elected officers interact regularly with assigned faculty advisors to coordinate student functions, organize extra-curricular activities, and offer student input concerning university policy.

Student Organizations and Alumni Association
Students at triton are free to organize and to join associations whose stated purpose is consistent with the Institute's mission. All student organizations seeking. The Triton Alumni Association is operated under the Chancellor’s Office of the University, keeping a current list of all alumni, and conducting alumni activities on a regular basis such as class reunions and career counseling.

Library: Triton’s library is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the learning, teaching, as well as broader educational goals of the Institute. The Triton’s library develops and maintains a varied collection of resources, and it promotes information literacy standards. The library is committed to providing efficient services to students, faculty, and staff. Triton assigns specific librarian to facilitate the library to serve our vocational training education programs, such as Medical Assistant, Medical Biller/Coder and others, in research, reading, and possible assistance.

Friday: Closed
Saturday: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Computer Laboratory
Computer facilities include Medical Assistant Lab and Medical Testing Lab, software practice lab, with full wireless Internet connections. The labs are open from 10:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and limited hours on Saturday and Sunday. Please check with the Registrar for current access hours during each particular term. The use of computers at Triton is an integral element of all programs. All students are highly encouraged to purchase and bring in their own laptop computers.

Computer Networks
There are a variety of high-performance computers on campus to support teaching and learning, including high-capacity servers, advanced workstations, and modern PCs. Wireless computers as well as high-speed Internet access are provided to the students on campus. The campus networks have a node on the Internet, allowing faculty and student access to electronic mail, file transfer, and the World Wide Web.

Job Placement Assistance Service
Triton’s Career Development Service is set to help our graduates in locating their employments. We periodically provide students information regarding employment opportunities, job fairs, industry updates, and sometimes, we offer students in excellence employment reference to our affiliated professional networks.

We also train students in creating and building their professional interview package, such as cover letters, resumes, personal statements, and etc. Moreover, Career Development Service also helps student with interview rehearsals, professional skills trainings, finding externships. Workshops, career fairs, and on campus interviews will also be conducted on a regular basis. In addition, Triton’s library has lots of media, tapes, and reading materials for student use that would help students understand the interviews skills and practice to be reaching success.
